Filling wrinkles with Plasma gel is a minimally invasive, non traumatic, injectable, rejuvenating method that allows the patient’s plasma to prepare a natural filler that can be used to remove deep wrinkles, nose dents, restore facial volumetry, remove post-acne scars.
The technique involves taking a small amount of blood from the patient with special kits, then centrifuging to obtain plasma; the latter is then transformed, by thermal treatment under specific conditions, into plasma gel.
This gel is then injected into the tissues in the wrinkle region to fill them, in scars to correct them, or in areas where the facial volume has diminished a lot.

In addition to its use in aesthetic surgery, plasma gel has been successfully used in plastic and reconstructive surgery for the emergency treatment of grade 2 and 3 burns, the effects being a shorter time of re-epithelialization of burns and faster healing, better quality scarring, lower post combustion complications rate.
